EQUIPMENT
ALL EQUIPMENT IS USED AT THE CLIENTS OWN RISK.

Due to Covid 19, clients will have to have their own equipment due to infection control. All of the equipment is optional. All classes can be done with or without equipment.
EXERCISE MAT
Type - Thick Pilates mat. Is more comfortable but any mat will do.
Advice - Place on a non-slip surface.
Alternative - Large towel
HEAD PADS
Type - 1” and 3” head pads
Alternative - Large towel
Advice - Fold the towel to the appropriate depth required.
ROLLER
Type - Foam roller. I find the soft roller better as it is less harsh but anyone will do.
- 90 cm long.
Alternative - Large towel
- 3” head pad
- tennis ball
RESISTANCE BANDS
Type - Different resistances
- 1 1/2 metre long
Advice - Always check for holes and tears however small.
- If you find one, throw it away immediately.
- If you are worried that you may get hurt, or it goes into your eye, please wear
eye protectors or refrain from using.
- Don’t wind around your hands or feet.
SOFT BALL
Type - there are lots of different ones on the market. Get one that blows up and you
can let air out, so you can use it appropriately.
Advice - Make sure it is placed correctly.
Alternative - A roller or large towel.
